With a background in psychology and personal development, Anna founded Journaling for Health after experiencing the transformative effects of journaling during her own burnout recovery.

Mental Health Specialist

A licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, Magdalena specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and integrates journaling into her clinical practice.
