Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable journaling guides, e-books, and templates are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the product has been delivered to your account.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchased digital product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a replacement.
If you experience persistent technical issues with our digital products despite our attempts to resolve them, we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our pre-recorded online courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
